Bail By Phone is an easy convenient way to get someone bailed out of jail.

In many cases, it is not necessary to come into our office to post bail. Many times this can be done over the phone via fax or electronic signature. This method is especially helpful when concerned parties are not local to the Jacksonville Florida area.

To take part in our “Bail By Phone” service, you will need:

  1. A Computer
  2. An Email Address
  3. Access to a Fax Machine
  4. Access to a Copy Machine
  5. A Major Credit Card for Payment

When calling to initiate the Bail by Phone process, please have the following information:

  1. The correct spelling of the arrestee’s name
  2. The bond amount (when possible)
  3. The date the defendant was arrested
  4. A form of payment. We accept all major credit cards.
